  My appointment was at 10:00 they told me to be here 20 minutes early so I was I've been here in the waiting room since 9:40 its now 10:36 I have a severe back injury that prevents me from sitting long and I've been sitting in the waiting room for almost a hour this is not a good first impression and I will be finding another doctors office this one is proving to be awful this is ridiculous. Its now 10:58 I was in the waiting room the whole time I wound up having to leave I couldn't stand the pain to sit there anymore this is the absolute worst doc I've ever been to and I will not be back I came because I have a simple cough more than likely bronchitis but I will be going to a different office for medicine if you have any injury that prevent you from sitting long I would not go to Mary black physicians group north its in boiling springs between singles and Oakland its the worst doctor office I've ever been to thanks ~~~Christel mccraw

  Please beware of this practice. They do not seem very well clued into communicating with clients. I received several bills sent by post to my address while on holiday (I had communicated to the doctor that I would be leaving town the next day) and was sent a letter by post saying I was being listed for collection. All this time I received no emails or phone calls from the billing dept telling me about my bill, except messages asking me to log into my 'portal', which didn't work from day one. My lab results came in an unsealed envelope. The doctor ordered tests I didn't need and despite most of them them being 'preventive health' tests, I was billed for it as a normal lab result and ended up paying from my pocket as insurance wouldn't pay it.

  my kids have gone here and the doctors take there time. they don't rush you in and out. I like that and if I have to wait for a doctor who cares and will take there time to answer all my questions that's what I will do. they are the best I have been too yet
